Money well spent
I was facing a seveal felonies, incarceration, and thousands of dollars in potential debt. I was faced with a tough decision utilize a Public Defender and take my chances or take the money my spouse and I saved for the down payment for our first home and hire Michael. We did our due diligence and did research and couldn’t find a bad review. We me with him in person, he was straight to the point, broke everything down in lamens terms and didn’t speak and Legal jargon. Michael made me aware of how serious my charges were & what he would be able to do to resolve them. Their was roughly 10 charges 3/4 of which were invalid, the other 1/4 were the serious charges which would have resulted in time in prison and future employment. 18 months, Two courts & two judges later, I received no felonies, or prison time but instead I received probation, fines, and house arrest.
Best lawyer in the game
Absolute GOAT!! I caught a very very bad moving violation and had 0 hope of getting it fixed. Michael worked it all out for me and I could not be happier with the outcome. To say this man saved the day would be an understatement. He handled the case very well in court and was able to save my driving privileges which is huge!! Will forever be a customer and friend to life with this guy. Highly highly recommend and you will not be disappointed once he handles your first case!!
The Best
Michael Kotik is very smart, caring, dedicated, extremely hard working, willing to go the extra mile for his client, accessable (he would answer my calls to his personal cell,) experienced, and passionate to win. He was able to connect me with other excellent lawyers for the aspects of the case that were not criminal in nature, and he communicated seamlessly with them. Michael guided me with what I needed to do to help him support my case. He was very good at explaining the complexities of the legal system in plain English. He was very efficient and effective at working with the DA. He was respected by the judge and both liked, but feared, by the DA. I would not have been able to go through this process and get such a good result without the combination of excellence in knowledge and skill that Michael possesses, and the caring and personal guidance he provided. He has become an honorary family member, as I trust that he has my back in the way that I can trust my family. I could not more highly recommend Michael Kotik if someone were to find themselves in need of a criminal lawyer.
An outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney
Attorney Kotik is the best criminal defense attorney one can find. I had decided to retain him even before meeting him in person based on what people had to say about him. Whatever I had heard about him was absolutely true. He represented me successfully in my legal matter and was able to dismiss the case in my favor in less than 10 minutes. I am highly grateful to Mr. Kotik for putting his heart in my case and can never forget the way he supported me during all this time. He works really hard for his clients and treats them like his friends. I am impressed by his dedication, intelligence, his knowledge of the law and system and a fair analysis of the situation and possible outcomes. I also found him a very nice human being who is not after money, who can clearly see your sufferings and feel for you genuinely. This makes him an exceptional attorney as all these qualities are rare among attorneys these days. I highly recommend him
