Amato T. Sanita is the founding and managing partner of SKA Law Group, LLC, a Philadelphia-based criminal defense firm with nearly 30 years of experience representing clients across Pennsylvania—including Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Lancaster, Dauphin, Northampton, and Lehigh Counties.

Licensed in Pennsylvania (since 1996), Connecticut (since 1999), and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Sanita defends individuals in all criminal matters—from misdemeanors to major felonies. His practice encompasses drug offenses, DUIs, assault, theft, sex crimes, white-collar investigations, juvenile cases, probation violations, and federal charges.

A first-generation American fluent in English, Italian, Russian, and Spanish, Sanita graduated with a B.A. in Political Science (History minor) from Fordham University in 1993 and earned his J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 1996.
